Scans for Eternal Note Orders:
After purchase, you’ll receive an automated email with instructions to submit your scan. This email is separate from your order confirmation. Please submit your scan within 48 hours of purchase. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder first.

If it’s still missing, please reach out to us for assistance at custom@cosaceramica.com with your order number.

Made To Order Status Updates:

All made-to-order pieces take approximately 5–6 weeks to complete. At this time, we’re unable to provide exact shipping dates, as custom pieces are fired in batches.

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking. To help our small team stay focused on production, we kindly ask that you only reach out if your order has passed the 6-week mark.

Orders & General Inquiries:

As a small team, we do our best to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for up to 3 business days for a reply.

Please note: we respond to emails in the order they’re received. Sending multiple follow-ups before hearing back will push your message to the back of the queue as emails are responded to from bottom to top.
