Shipping

We’re based in Los Angeles and currently offer shipping within the United States, Canada, and Europe. Please note: Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due upon delivery. Please calculate and plan accordingly based on your total order value.

Shipping Lead Times

In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Most made-to-order pieces take 4–6 weeks to produce—please refer to individual product pages for the most accurate lead times. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

US Shipping Rates

Shipping starts at a $12 flat fee for one item, with an additional $2 per item for each extra piece in your order.
For example:

  • 1 item = $12

  • 2 items = $14

  • 3 items = $16
    …and so on.

Canada Shipping Rates

Shipping starts at a $30 flat fee for one item, with an additional $10 per item for each extra piece in your order.
For example:

  • 1 item = $30

  • 2 items = $40

  • 3 items = $50
    …and so on.

Europe Shipping Rates

Shipping starts at a $50 flat fee for one item, with an additional $15 per item for each extra piece in your order.
For example:

  • 1 item = $50

  • 2 items = $65

  • 3 items = $80
    …and so on.

Perfectly Imperfect

COSA pieces aren’t meant to be perfect. They're slow, sentimental, and intentionally raw in places, reflecting the beauty of true handmade work.

Each piece is crafted by hand, meaning variations in size, shape, and detail are expected. Glaze irregularities and surface textures will naturally occur due to how the underglaze interacts with the clear glaze on top.

We find beauty in these subtle imperfections—and we hope you do too. If you’re seeking perfect, symmetrical pieces, our handmade ceramics may not be the right fit.

All Items are Final Sale

Due to the nature of ceramics and vintage items, all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged, please email us at hello@cosaceramica.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box so we can assist you accordingly.
