Shipping

At this time, we currently only offer US shipping. In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. Most made-to-order items take 3-6 weeks for production—please read our product pages carefully for the most up-to-date lead times. Tracking will be sent via email once your package is on the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping starts at a $12 flat fee for one item, with an additional $2 per item for each extra piece in your order.
For example:

• 1 item = $12

• 2 items = $14

• 3 items = $16

• 4 items = $18
  …and so on.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in Silverlake, Los Angeles (90026). If you select this option at checkout, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup date from the available options once your order is ready. The exact address will be provided after purchase.
Important: Please pick up your order within 30 days of purchase to avoid cancellation without a refund.

All Items are Final Sale

Due to the nature of ceramics and vintage, all items are final sale and as is. Please contact us at hello@cosaceramica.com within 3 days of delivery if your item was damaged in transit. Claims must include images of the damaged item and shipping box.

Each ceramic item is hand-inspected before it is shipped out. Please note, our ceramics are handmade which means that each item can slightly vary in detail.
