Must be a scanned document (no photos).
Background must be white or a light solid color.
Handwriting must be in black ink and clearly legible.
Our stencils are hand-painted, so super small or messy handwriting may become unreadable once fired and glazed.
If using lined or dotted paper, those patterns will be included in the final piece.

Step 2: determine your stencil area. “The Eternal Note” is 5in wide by 7in long. There are two stencil area options. This is the area of the ceramic note that will be stenciled with your scanned in message. The options include:
3.5in wide x 2in high (up to 4 lines of text)
4in wide x 2in high (up to 10 lines of text)
Step 3: once “add to cart” is clicked, a form will popup to collect additional info. Scans can be stenciled in cobalt blue, onyx black, chocolate brown, or cherry red. Please note, due to the nature of the glaze, the cobalt blue appears more fuzzy and less crisp.

After purchase, you’ll receive an automated email with instructions to submit your scan. This email is separate from your order confirmation. Please submit your scan within 48 hours.
