Spring Equinox Vase Workshop

Join us in the studio the morning after the Spring Equinox to welcome the new season by handbuilding your own ceramic vase.

We’ll begin the class with coffee, tea, and pastries as we sketch and design our vessels. This first portion is about intention and considering proportion, silhouette, height, and movement before touching the clay.

From there, I’ll guide you through pinch and coiling techniques to bring your vision to life. You’ll learn how to build stable bases, create elegant curves, refine collars, and shape a form that feels balanced and sculptural.

Whether you’re drawn to a romantic bud vase, an elongated statement vessel, or something organic and asymmetrical, you’ll leave having created a piece that feels aligned with the energy of the new season.

A slow, thoughtful morning in the studio to welcome spring.

All materials included. No experience needed.
Come make something with us.

Includes:
– Guided handbuilding instruction to design and build your own ceramic vase
– Coffee, tea, and pastries
– All clay and materials
– Bisque & glaze firing (pickup in 3–4 weeks)
